Below are the Summer 2025 Tri-Annual documents available at this time.  Matches will be played at Water Hole on Saturday, September 6, 2025 AND Sunday, September 7, 2025.

THIS IS A SINGLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT AND YOU PLAY WITH YOUR Summer 2025 ROSTER FOR THIS TOURNAMENT!!!

There is a ONE time $15 table fee due prior to the start of your FIRST match.  Payment will be made to the tournament Staff when you check in to play.

Doors Open at 10 am. 
Matches will start on Saturday at 11 am, registration begins @ 10:15 am. Team Captain's Meeting at 10:30 am. Sunday at 11 am, registration begins @ 10:15 am. Team Captain's Meeting at 10:30 am.

Practice is only allowed with approval from the Tournament Director.

Time outs per player will be the same as in regular league play.  

You will also find here the Tarrant County APA Tri-Annual Tournament Rules which will be the rules used during the upcoming tournament.  Please be sure you have read the rules and are familiar with them PRIOR to the tournament date.  If you have any questions, please contact the League Office and we will work to obtain an answer for you.
