This is a modified-single elimination tournament, and you play with your roster for this tournament!!! If a player is NOT on a 2026 Summer, Tarrant County APA 9 Ball roster, they are not eligible to play in this tournament.

Captains or Co Captains will need to have the Team Certification Sheet completed before Saturday morning. Team Certification statement should be brought Saturday Morning to registration and be completed before play starts. All players must sign the Team Certification statement prior to participating in the World Qualifier.

There is a ONE time $15 table fee due prior to the start of your FIRST match.  Payment will be made to the tournament Staff when you check in and turn in your Team Certification sheet.

Matches will start on Saturday at 11 am, registration begins @ 10:15 am. Team Captain's Meeting at 10:30 am.

Practice is only allowed with approval from the Tournament Director.
